Yes, you can. Did you perhaps place your order a bit too quickly, or have you changed your mind? If so, we recommend cancelling it as soon as possible, before delivery, to avoid any unnecessary costs.

After delivery, you still have 14 calendar days to return your online purchase, in accordance with the legal right of withdrawal. This period starts on the day you receive the products. Within this timeframe, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason and without any extra charges.

If you decide to cancel or return your order, please notify us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods by sending an email to info@corversbiofuels.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• Your name and address

• Your email address and phone number

• The date of your order

• A short statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

Once we receive your notification, we will send you a confirmation with all the practical return instructions. We will then check our schedule to arrange the pickup. Return shipping costs are generally at your expense, unless the delivery was incorrect or damaged.

To ensure a full refund, products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. This means:

• Pallet(s) with unopened bags

• Neatly stacked and placed securely

• Properly wrapped for transport with shrink wrap

This helps prevent damage and loss of value during transport. If products are no longer in their original condition, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the depreciation of the goods.

After you notify us of your withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation email with the return address and clear instructions.
Would you like us to collect the goods? No problem. Our drivers can pick up the pallet(s) directly from your location. You will receive a clear quotation for the transport costs in advance.
If you agree, we will schedule a convenient collection date together.

Once we have received and positively inspected your return at our warehouse, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 working days using the same payment method you used for your order.

If the goods are no longer in their original condition, we will deduct the determined depreciation from the refund amount.

If you opted for a return via our carrier, the transport costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
